Texas Flow Iron carries a full line of high quality swivel joints. We provide swivel joints that range from 1" to 4" and can handle up to 6,000 psi for standard service. Also available are long sweep swivel joints, which are designed to withstand working pressures of 7,500 to 20,000 psi. Long sweep

swivel joints for sour service are rated up to 15,000 psi. All swivel joints have three key features, one they are made from heat-treated material to withstand high pressures. Second they have a dual-purpose packing composed of an anti-extrusion ring to reduce friction, and an active seal to prevent the fluid from leaking. All swivel joints have smooth bore finishes to ensure smooth flow.

To ensure customer satisfaction, our Unions come with full trace- ability and are manufactured from the highest quality raw materials. All of Texas Flow Iron's flow line products are type approved by Det Norske Veritas. In addition, they meet API 6A and API 16C requirements, as well as NACE-MR-01-75 (sour
gas service).
